This is Yoga by B
I struggled with pain when I was 22 and didn't know where it was coming from. At 32, my body feels better than when I was younger and I want to equip you with some of the tools I've been learning.
I have trainings in LYT Yoga Method, Gait Happens, FRC, and adaptive yoga. The movement education and classes I have to offer are based in these concepts and fused with yoga. My motivation is to keep people moving- pain free. I want to make you feel capable within your own body and continue to have the confidence moving in it.
