The massage therapist in me loved all the anatomy. She had a session that was specialized just for me and all the stretched focused on all my tight/problem areas. My current certifications include 500 RYT- Yoga certification in the LYT method (designed by a physical therapist), aerial yoga training, Level 1 Gait Guru with Gait Happens, and FRC level certified. I have over 10 years of teaching experience.
