Nestled amongst the trees and on the bank of the Maumee River, this mini day retreat offers a nurturing space to reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and empowered to integrate wellbeing practices into your everyday life. This is designed for all humans.

Details

All-Level Mobility Workshop with Yoga by B

  • Equip yourself with tools to improve your movement longevity and joint mobility. This is an interactive workshop where you can ask questions and explore your own unique movement. We will incorporate chairs and walls for extra support and consider possible limitations of those who may be less mobile.

Meditation

  • A beginner's approach to slowing down and observing your thoughts. If you've never tried meditation before, this may be a good fit to learning how to integrate it into your daily life and enhance your brain.

Guided Nature Walk

  • We’ll move slowly amongst the Maumee river, tuning into the sights, sounds, and sensations of the season. Through gentle prompts and quiet pauses, this walk invites you to breathe deeply, move with presence, and settle into the rhythm of the world around you.​

Mind-body Educational Workshop with Wakeful Pathways

  • Reflect and explore therapeutic wellness techniques to create a customized wellness plan for yourself. 

Nourishing Brunch and Snacks by Saffron & Olive Catering Co.

  • Enjoy a nourishing meal and snacks throughout the retreat. Designed to fuel your body with whole, nutrient-rich foods, helping you feel your best from the inside out.

Myofascial Release Movement + Sound Bath with The Sound Voyage

  • Tap into a deeper sense of calm by using hands on techniques with your own body to soothe the nervous system and muscles while Dave and Holly take you on a guided Spring journey of sounds.
